The other day I created a new digital painting I wanted to share with everyone. This one started off pretty random, I just wanted a fun sketch to paint in as I was watching Star Wars, haha! As I got into it I decided to use this drawing to work on my lighting skills.

Here it is! I painted this on my favorite program, Procreate. It took around four to five hours. I kept thinking it was finished but then came back to add even more details and then even more.

My digital process is very longwinded. Digital art is one of my favorite ways to draw and paint but its much different than how I grew up making art. It definitely makes it easier being able to undo mistakes easily and all the different features but at times its harder for me then traditional art. But nonetheless very fun!

Step 7: Even more lighting and shadows-

Then even MORE details and lighting and shading were added and thus I finished!

This art piece was SO much fun to do but a very lengthy and detailed process.
